a dreamer

of a future

where

 anxiety is harnessed

      like a horse

              heel! and remember,

              we work together, now

 fear

        married with compassion

        an invitation, to retire

              fighting for a part-time role

                        perhaps a backseat driver

but you're the captain now â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

  imagine,

                                          above us only sky

a mentally strong generation

that is kindness

                          passion

                                       courage â€‹

                                                      to chase dreams

                                                      to face fears

               (ones that are known)

               and ones of the abyss

you may say i'm a dreamer

but i'm not the only one

i hope someday you'll join us

and the world will live as one

OUR PROGRAM

The Human Kingdom

The Human Kingdom is a series of neuroscience-based meditation techniques that target the development of emotional strengths (kindness, compassion, empathy, etc.), and the eradication of emotional hindrances (anger, anxiety, addiction - e.g. video games, social media). Each meditation is an exercise embodied by an animal to facilitate the children's emotional engagement throughout the practice while activating the parasympathetic nervous system (body's rest and digest response) to obtain a state of presence and emotional awareness.
